​​​​CONSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS & FORM

​​Thank you for using our Consignment Area to sell your items. (Note: Items can only be entered into our consignment system using this form. No spreadsheet/Excel files are available.)

Consignment Intake Hours:
(Items must have been entered by you into this VCF SoCal Consignment Form an hour or more before intake)

  • ​Friday: 6PM-7PM

  • Saturday: 8AM-10AM​​

  • Sunday: 9AM-10AM

 

Once an item has been checked in at consignment, it cannot be removed unless it is formally checked out of the system.

 

Picking-up Unsold Items:

  • Unsold items must be collected between 5PM and 6PM on Sunday​. Failure to collect your unsold items will delay payment for other sold items; as well as be considered abandoned.

  • If need be, Consignors can make a request with a festival staff member to remove their unsold consignment items earlier in the weekend, during festival hours. There may be a delay as this is a manual process.

A few notes before you get started:

  • Items will be sold as-is and you, the Consignor, are responsible for an accurate description of the item.

  • Any entry with a quantity of 2 or more must be for similar items that are each to be sold separately at the item price you give us. Make any notes in the Description field that are needed for this.

  • You can fill in one, two or any number of the item sections below; and then submit this form.

  • If you have more items than will fit on this form, then please submit additional consignment forms.

  • The minimum price an item can be sold for is $5; in dollar increments. Consider grouping lower price items into a single lot for sale.

  • If your item sells, you will receive 80% of the price it sells for.

  • Sales Taxes will be added to each item sold and passed on to the State of California.

  • Payouts will occur within two weeks of the close of VCF SoCal by PayPal or Venmo.

  • Payouts over $600 may require a Form 1099 to be generated.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse any item into Consignment. Filling out and submitting this form does not guarantee we will accept the item or that it will sell. Please describe your item(s) as best as possible. All items are sold AS-IS to buyers and no returns/refunds will be allowed. Although, any transactions found involving Sellers that clearly were misrepresenting their items will be reviewed and transactions possibly reversed at the expense of the Seller.
